Soofia Amin is an Assistant Head Teacher at Kensington Primary. She is an Specialist Lead in Education for Multilingualism Soofia actively trains and supports schools across London, collaborating with borough leads and teacher training agencies. She is also working with Academics from UCL on research around multilingual pupils and the skills they bring with them to the education setting.

Victoria is an Assistant Headteacher at Dulwich Hamlet Junior School, where she leads on curriculum, data and assessment, staff wellbeing and pupil premium.

Jeffrey Boakye is an ex-teacher turned writer, speaker, broadcaster and educator, with expertise in issues surrounding race, masculinity, education and popular culture.

Jeffrey taught English in London and Yorkshire for 15 years and now provides training for educational establishments on race, identity, masculinity and education. He is also Senior Teaching Fellow at the University of Manchester’s Institute for Education, has eight published books and hosts BBC Radio 4’s Add to Playlist.

Kat is the Director of the North London Alliance Research School. Kat is part of a team currently leading a regional partnership on improving reading outcomes for disadvantaged KS2 and 3 students through the use of scaffolding strategies in the classroom.
